To truly master your Meridian, you need Total Command

Most Meridian owners have been around the dock a few times; rarely is their Meridian their first boat. They also don't tend to be the types who hire a captain while they sit in the cockpit with a Tanq & tonic. They are hands-on boaters, and when their hands are on their boat, they want to be in complete command.

How convenient then that Total Command falls readily to hand on all 2009 Model Year and newer Meridian Yachts. The Total Command Integrated Vessel Control System is Meridian's affordable one-touch docking and slow-maneuvering system. Using an intuitive joystick controller, Total Command seamlessly integrates the boat's bow- and stern-thrusters with the forward and reverse thrust of the engines. You have precise 360-degree control of your vessel at low speed no matter the conditions.

"It takes all the guess work out of docking, no matter the wind or current," says Dan Aultman, who has sold many Meridians out of MarineMax's location in Stuart, Florida. "Meridian owners run their boats themselves without captains or professional crew. It's nice for them to be able to jump on it and immediately be able to operate their boat just like a professional would. Dan cites a customer who jumped directly from a small center console into Meridian's new 441. The guy had years of boating skills, but primarily with smaller outboard-powered boats.
